A central component to our ACTIV (Admission Control Ticket Issuing
and Validation System) is the reporting. Keeping track of all types
of products sold for an event can become tedious if not integrated
properly. You will have immediate online access to view how many
tickets have been sold through E-tickets, point of sale thermal
tickets and how many tickets have been scanned.
|
| |
 |
We have built logic into the system to give specific report views
at various employee/staff levels.
Staff Level: |
- Printable Event Manifest (Back up)
- Will Call Manifest (Day of event)
- Transaction Search by name, ID, Date
- Purchase tickets online
|
| Management Level: |
- A reseller/vendor assignment program (Optional) to assign tickets
to specific groups or people.
- Help Desk – track and record all customer service issues.
- A Non-Printed E-Ticket Bar Code list for scanning tickets when
patrons don’t show up with the E-Ticket at the gate.
- City Report – City name, orders per city, percentage of orders,
tickets purchased, dollar amount.
|
| Executive Level: |
- Financial Transactions
- Order Detail
- Event Summary
- Daily Sales Summary
- Customer Data (Import into Excel)
|
 |
| There are currently different access levels for our ticket terminal
machine reports such as: |
- Seller Access
- Supervisor
- Cash Control
- Management Level
|
 |
| We are planning many additional reports in the near future. Currently
you can review your reports in these various ways: By Sellers, Hour,
Shift, Day and Event. |
